Responsibilities



Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu and customer preferences. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new recipes and enhance existing menu items. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment. Ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully and meet the restaurant's standards.

Experience



Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and food safety practices. Experience in team management, with the ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff. Familiarity with restaurant operations and the ability to work under pressure. A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.75 per hour
