We are seeking an experienced Chef to Join our team. Must have experience in Italian fishes and seafood.
Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring equipment is in good working order.
Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continually enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices.
Excellent leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
A passion for culinary arts with creativity in menu development and presentation.
