Job Description
We are on the lookout for an accomplished Chef who shares our enthusiasm for delivering exceptional Italian recipes to become an integral part of our exceptional team at our restaurant in Baker Street da Michele.
As a key player, you'll be instrumental in maintaining elevated standards while nurturing a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor kitchen staff to produce top-tier culinary creations. Craft and execute daily menus that showcase the best of Italian tradition. Establish and manage schedules for preparation and service activities. Supervise the cleanliness, sanitation, and safety protocols in the kitchen. Ensure proper storage and handling of all food products. Oversee inventory control procedures, including labelling and storage. Maintain a spotless and organised kitchen space. Fulfil any additional duties as assigned by management.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant setting. Proven track record in a high-volume restaurant is advantageous. Strong leadership and effective communication skills are essential. Proficiency in utilising kitchen equipment, appliances, and various cooking methods.
