We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities



Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu and customer preferences. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient food production. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment. Ensure that the kitchen is clean, organised, and operates smoothly during service hours.

Skills



Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising kitchen teams. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent hospitality skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to manage time effectively in a busy kitchen environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration. Experience in food production processes, from planning to execution.
