As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation while leading and supervising kitchen staff in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
Create alongside the owners an innovative menus that showcases Mexico and beyond
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
Collaborate with management to maintain budgetary guidelines while delivering high-quality dishes.
Engage with guests to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience.
Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the kitchen.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a senior Chef in a Mexican or latino restaurant
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
A passion for culinary arts and a desire to continuously learn and innovate within the kitchen.
