Responsibilities
Working along side a kitchen team ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to culinary standards.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and presentation of dishes.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Maintain a positive working environment that fosters teamwork and creativity.
Skills
Proven supervising experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example.
Knowledge of hospitality principles and customer service excellence.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
