We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and kitchen management, with a flair for creativity and a commitment to food safety. As a Chef, you will work alongside the kitchen staff, be heavily involved in food preparation, and ensure that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service. Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food preparation, and safety practices. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Create an inspiring work environment that fosters teamwork and creativity among kitchen personnel.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary arts, and food safety standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house staff. A passion for cooking and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
