to join our fast-paced kitchen team and help us deliver dessert perfection with every plate.

We're seeking an experienced and organised

Chef

who thrives under pressure and can handle high volumes of orders with speed and precision. This role demands strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for food presentation and consistency. You'll play a key role in preparing and assembling a variety of dessert dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble dessert dishes to brand specifications and presentation standards

Maintain speed, accuracy, and quality during high-volume service

Manage multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced kitchen

Ensure stock levels are maintained and report shortages when necessary

Adhere to food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene regulations at all times

Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service

Maintain equipment and work areas to a clean and professional standard

Support new team members with training as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment (minimum 1 year preferred)

Ability to remain calm and productive under pressure

Strong multitasking and organisational skills

High attention to detail and consistency in food preparation

Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset

Understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety procedures

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
