Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous kitchen experience and a strong background in food production and preparation. We serve a large buffet style breakfast each morning to our guests and then prep ready for evening dinner service along with out bar menu which runs between 11am and 9pm of which guests may order from and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. You will also play a key role in working alongside our other kitchen team and maintaining a harmonious working environment.

Responsibilities

Prep and service of breakfast for buffet bar ensuring efficiency and high-quality food production Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications Emphasis on fostering teamwork and collaboration Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations Work closely with both Head and Second chef Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully and served promptly Monitor food quality and portion control to maintain consistency

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hotel hospitality industry preferred. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in every aspect of food production Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards

Pay: 12.21 per hour
