What you'll be doing...
As a Chef, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality food service, ensuring the preparation and presentation of meals consistently meets Elior UK standards and client expectations. You'll work closely with the team to maintain efficiency, food safety, and exceptional service.
Prepare and cook meals for 300-320 covers daily, ensuring food is delivered on time and to a high standard
Support and motivate a team of 4 x General Assistants to maintain smooth kitchen operations
Assist in managing food stock, orders, and kitchen budget effectively
Ensure all health & safety and food hygiene regulations are met consistently
Contribute to internal team communication and positive relationships with clients and colleagues to support operational success
