Working with a team of up to 9 in a service session.
Entry level or experienced position available. Starting at approx 35k including tips up to 40k. Pay reflective of experience and contribution.
Highly demanding level of service, but rewarding and always with a team in a high volume business, up to 600 guests on a key service.
Duties
Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Implement innovative menus while catering to guest preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Operate food storage practices to ensure freshness and quality of ingredients.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Transport is essential as is availability to work key dates. Part time and full time positions available
