Responsibilities
Lead the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food production schedules.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Collaborate with the management team to develop new recipes and enhance existing menu offerings.
Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency across all dishes served.
Assist in managing kitchen budgets, controlling costs while maintaining quality.
Handle any customer feedback or complaints regarding food quality or service.
