As a Chef, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety while delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation. Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimising waste to ensure cost-effective operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor food presentation and quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet guest expectations.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary skills. Proficient in food preparation methods with attention to detail. Excellent leadership abilities to manage and motivate kitchen staff effectively. Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Experience in team management within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Ability to supervise multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of quality. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
