We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, food preparation, and kitchen management. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes, maintaining high standards of food safety, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role requires excellent team management skills and the ability to supervise kitchen staff effectively.

Responsibilities



Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu specifications. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food production meets quality standards. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations. Supervise and train kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food preparation, and safety practices. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Implement cost control measures to minimise waste while maintaining quality.

Experience



Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen setting. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen equipment. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Previous experience in supervising or managing a team is highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
