We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and culinary arts. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes while ensuring food safety standards are met and maintained. This role requires excellent team management skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment. Preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed, and minimising waste through effective food production practices. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Assist in the development of special events or catering menus as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not essential.
