We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative team environment. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Manage inventory, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, following health and safety regulations. Implement food safety protocols to guarantee the highest hygiene standards are met. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, equipment usage, and safety practices.

Experience

Proven experience in a culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food production processes. Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of food service. A passion for culinary arts and a desire to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
