We are well known for great fresh food & service. From Sunday roasts, to stand out starters, mains & desserts.

Job Overview


We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and kitchen management, demonstrating exceptional cooking skills and a commitment to food safety. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes that delight our guests while leading and supervising kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive working environment. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends. Train new kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and safety practices. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock. Assist in the development of special events or catering menus as required.

Skills



Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong background in food production and preparation techniques. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for creating innovative dishes. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences for guests. Pay: From 15.00 per hour
