Aromi Caffe is an independent Cafe and pizzeria company. We offer our customers freshly prepared and authentic Italian food and drinks with a Sicilian twist. Our recipes date back to 1957. Duties and Responsibilities

They include all work normally covered by that job title or as otherwise directed by your immediate manager. In particular, you shall carry out the following:

To assist in the preparation of excellent quality food: To cook in front our costumes providing an excellent food quality and costumer service. To ensure that the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic To clean the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas To sort, store and distribute ingredients To assist in stock-taking and storage, including checking deliveries To report any problems to the shift leader or to one of the directors To adhere to existing working practices, methods, procedures, undertake relevant training and development activities and to respond positively to new and alternative systems On performing your duties, exercise them with due diligence and loyalty such knowledge skill and expertise as may be reasonably be expected of a person carrying out such duties From time to time, you may be required to take on other duties of which you are capable in addition to or in place of your normal duties

To be able to work independently and as part of a team, to be willing to learn To be able to work efficiently within a busy high-pressured kitchen Highly organised and punctual, driven to learn in a busy environment Excellent attention to detail Great understanding of the importance of health and hygiene
