Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient food production Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster teamwork Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards Manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food preparation, and safety protocols

Experience

Proven experience in a culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques Previous supervisory or team management experience is highly desirable Comprehensive knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Experience in menu planning and development is an advantage A passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences

Pay: 12.21-17.11 per hour
