An opportunity has arisen for a Chef to join our kitchen in Cardiff Bay. We specialise in charcoal grilling with a focus on quality, and precise execution.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and service of breakfast, brunch, small plates, and sweets
Charcoal grilling and hot section operation
Consistent delivery of dishes to a high standard in a partial open-kitchen environment
Maintaining rigorous standards of hygiene, organisation, and presentation
Contributing to a professional and efficient kitchen culture
Candidate Profile
All levels of experience will be considered; a commitment to high standards is essential
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a small, professional team
Flexibility to cover both morning and evening shifts
Immediate availability preferred
