We are seeking a talented and passionate Cook or Chef to join our team. As a Cook or a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes that delight our children.
Duties
Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to menu specifications and preferences.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and timely service.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with the management team to develop new recipes and improve existing dishes.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned regularly.
Skills
Proven experience as a cook or Chef.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations.
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
