Role : Chef

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: start 13.04 per hour, plus 1 per hour for weekend hours ( 14.04). Shifts finish at 7pm.

About you

You are likely to have at least 1 years experience as a chef and be interested in working within a caring environment. You will need good interpersonal and customer skills and enjoy working in a team. You will need to be keen to learn and work to a very high standard in food and personal hygiene. You will need to be flexible, as shifts will include days, weekends and evenings (evening shifts end at 7pm).

About the job

Food and dining are a real priority at Lilian Faithfull Care. You will be part of a team motivated to provide the best quality of life for residents by providing a delicious nutritious diet and ensuring meals are a highlight of the day.

As a Chef you will be working for the Chef Manager and have a responsible and varied role providing a full catering service to our residents. You will be responsible for ensuring our high standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained and all policies are followed. The catering team take pride in both food preparation and presentation and adapting to the varying needs or preferences of the residents.

Shifts

finish at 7pm.
