Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and minimising waste.
Train new kitchen staff on procedures, techniques, and best practices.
Create an inspiring atmosphere that encourages teamwork and creativity.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of food production techniques and food safety regulations.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
