As our Chef, you'll do more than prepare meals -- you'll create experiences. You'll craft dishes that reflect individual tastes, dietary needs, and cultural preferences, using the freshest ingredients, making food a daily highlight for our residents.

What You'll Do:

Plan and prepare nutritious, appealing meals tailored to residents' needs Work closely with care team to support dietary requirements and preferences Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation Contribute to menu development with creativity and care Help create a warm, welcoming dining experience that feels like home Manage the food budget to ensure no wastage

What You'll Bring:

Experience as a Chef, ideally in care, healthcare, or hospitality Knowledge of dietary needs, allergens, and nutrition for older people A flair for cooking and a heart for service Strong organisational skills and a commitment to excellence Efficiency using all ingredients and minimising waste A team spirit and a desire to make a meaningful impact
