We are seeking a talented and passionate breakfast Chef to join our small team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation. As a Chef, you will prepare breakfast rolls / breakfast burritos and toasties while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained. This role requires a combination of fast paced skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality as you are on display to the customer.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of food production and preparation in the kitchen. Create innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients in our soups and new toasties. Supervise any kitchen help, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock levels. Ensure that all output are presented beautifully and meet quality standards before serving.
Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a streetfood business , restaurant or hospitality environment. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the culinary industry. Previous experience in menu planning and development is advantageous. A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests is essential. Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
