Maple & Bean Cafe Cowbridge are hiring.
We are wanting to expand our kitchen team and are looking for a strong, capable kitchen professional to work alongside the current team and help deliver outstanding breakfasts, brunch and lunches.
Your responsibilities will include preparing the kitchen for service, taking responsibility for daily compliance and food hygiene standards, delivering exceptional dishes according to spec, placing orders and closing the kitchen down at the end of the shift.
We are open 7 days a week with the kitchen closing at 16.30pm. So shifts are between 07.30-17.30. Whilst there is some flexibility on days and hours worked, a commitment to weekend working is essential.

Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety and hygiene Background in hospitality and restaurant operations Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food production processes and quality control standards
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 13.00 per hour
