Duties:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to.
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Proficient in various food preparation techniques and culinary methods.
Experience in meal preparation for large groups or events is advantageous.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team in the kitchen.
A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes.

Experience in pizza making would be a bonus.
