What you'll do:
Prepare, cook, and present meals for patients and staff in line with Sodexo and client recipes, ensuring timely service and meeting dietary requirements.
Maintain strict compliance with all food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and efficient, including dishwashing and taking charge on alternate weekends.
Provide a friendly, welcoming service in the staff restaurant and accurately record food waste, cleaning logs, and temperature checks.
Monitor food stock by checking expiry dates, disposing of out-of-date items, and completing ad-hoc tasks as needed.
