Applicants should possess:

- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role preferred (1 years+)

- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and presentation (1 years +)

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils used in sushi preparation or Japanese cuisine (1 years+)

-Pride in work and a commitment to continuous improvement

- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

- Understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations

- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts

- Skills in preparing fresh ingredients, labelling, and multitasking

- Ability to maintain cleanliness in workspace and storerooms

- Organizational skills and a proactive approach

- Ability to conduct stock management, analyze data to create production plans

Ability to Relocate: South East Kent

Work Location: In person

Sushi Chef Role - must be able to commute across some of our sites in South East Kent and hold a valid drivers license.

Salary: Competitive

Expected hours: 8 -40 per week

Full time and Part Time Contract Available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-12.75 per hour
