We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support in their roles
Develop and implement menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences
Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery
Train new kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen procedures
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Maintain high standards of presentation for all dishes served
Experience
Proven experience in a similar Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques
Previous supervisory or team management experience is preferred but not essential
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences
Experience in menu planning and development is advantageous
