We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join an existing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, along with a dedication for crafting ingredients and dishes from scratch. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes, ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests during both Brunch & Dinner service.
Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked with necessary ingredients.
Implement and maintain food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Develop new menu items and specials that reflect current culinary trends.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of food preparation techniques.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences.
