We are currently looking for a Chef to assist our Kitchen Manager for our Wine Bar and Restaurant in Edinburgh,

- Preparing / serving Cured Meats and Cheeses, Pizzas, Pasta, Hot dishes such as Lasagne, Bruschetta and Salads to name a few

- Set up of the business & kitchen to company standards

- You will carry out Food Safety Checks throughout the day visually and by temperature keeping records / due diligence

- Preparation is key so you will need to prep for the day ahead and be planning the longer term

- Being a Brand, we have brand specs that must be followed

Prior kitchen experience is a MUST however experience working with Deli style Meats, Cheeses and service of would be a distinct advantage.
