We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to food safety and quality. As a Chef, you will lead the kitchen team, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
Manage and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen procedures.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Continuously evaluate and improve kitchen processes for efficiency and quality.

Proficient in food preparation techniques with a strong culinary background.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse kitchen team.
