leadership

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Level):
Overseeing food preparation, cooking, and plating with excellence
Contributing to or leading
menu design
that reflects seasonality and guest tastes
Managing kitchen teams -- guiding, training, and developing talent
Ensuring full
compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Monitoring stock, managing waste, and maintaining kitchen efficiency
Collaborating with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service
Cultivating a positive, professional kitchen culture
