Job Description

The Role:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Full-Time Chef to join our kitchen team and work closely with our Head Chef. In this role, you will play an important part in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining excellent standards, and supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking all the dishes and pastries. Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all menu items. Help with food preparation, stock management, and maintaining inventory levels. Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Support with menu development and contribute ideas for seasonal specials. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
About You:

Previous experience as a chef in a cafe, grab-and-go, or similar environment. Passionate about fresh, high-quality ingredients and delivering exceptional food. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Flexible, reliable, and ready to adapt to the needs of a new business.
