We are seeking a Chef with proven expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, capable of leading a talented team in a high-volume, quality-driven environment.
Duties:
Lead, motivate, and develop a small kitchen brigade (5-6 chefs)
Maintain exceptional culinary standards with a focus on authentic Mediterrenean culinary
Oversee all kitchen operations - stock control, ordering, and cost management
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are consistently met
Build strong relationships with suppliers to source premium ingredients
Design and develop seasonal dishes and innovative menus
Deliver a smooth, high-quality service for up to
200 covers per day
Skills and Qualification:
Proven experience as a Chef in Mediterranean culinary
Work with the team on menu creation and development
Positive energy and a welcoming personality - always ready to make our guests feel special.
Confident working with fresh ingredients and supporting the creation and implementation of seasonal,imaginative dishes.
Committed to quality,consistency,and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.

Leadership skills - help allocate tasks and maximize your team's unique skills.
Organised and efficient in managing kitchen operations,including ordering,food safety,and maintenance reporting.

Ability to act as a role model - uplifting team morale and providing top-notch support.
Take commercial responsibility for the food, generating gross profit on all dishes.
Compliance with health and food safety regulations.
Strong command of English and confident communication skills.

Timing & Location:
Our shift patterns run from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm,
Business timings are Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 9:00 pm & Sunday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm

Pay: 40,000.00-42,500.00 per year
