We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support in food preparation and cooking techniques. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety practices. Collaborate with management to develop new menu items that reflect current culinary trends. Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety protocols, and kitchen procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to hygiene standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and supervising kitchen staff. Extensive knowledge of food production processes, culinary techniques, and presentation styles. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a safe kitchen environment. Excellent cooking skills with the ability to prepare a variety of cuisines. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management. A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
