As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, and creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and service. Supervise food preparation processes to maintain quality and presentation standards. Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment. Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or similar kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and production processes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes.
