We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our fast paced, kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working under pressure in a busy kitchen, with experience in food production and preparation. As a Chef, you will be responsible for cookong dishes up to our standards and coming up with new ideas while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained. This role requires communication skills, as you will be working with different kitchen staff and managing daily operations to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
Duties
Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
Continuously evaluate kitchen processes for improvement opportunities while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
good knowledge of food production techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene in the kitchen.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in both cooking and presentation.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
