Job Description

We're looking for a driven and passionate Chef ready to take the next step in their career and run a kitchen with confidence. This is your opportunity to lead with energy, stay calm under pressure, and deliver exceptional food alongside a supportive, experienced team.

As Chef, you'll work closely with our General Manager, receiving hands-on training in all aspects of food hygiene, safety, preparation, and service. It's the ideal role for someone ready to make their mark in the kitchen while still having strong support behind them.

What you'll do

Take control of the kitchen, leading by example and staying calm and focused during busy services. Work alongside the General Manager to design menus, deliver outstanding food, and ensure a seamless service for our guests. Prepare, cook, and present dishes to consistently high standards. Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance at all times. Bring energy, motivation, and a "get up and go" attitude when the team needs it most. Support stock management, ordering, and cost control as needed. Help create a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.
What you'll bring

Proven experience in a professional kitchen with a strong understanding of food production. The ability to control a kitchen and remain calm under pressure. A driven personality with the energy and motivation to inspire the team. A current Food Hygiene Certificate (must be presented at interview to be considered). A passion for delivering high-quality food and a willingness to grow and develop.
