As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing high-quality dishes that delight our guests while ensuring food safety and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will utilise your core skills in cooking and food preparation, along with your premium expertise in hospitality, to enhance the dining experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the pub's menu and standards.
Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
Manage kitchen inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide excellent hospitality and service.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment while managing time efficiently.
Qualifications
Proven experience in cooking and food preparation
Knowledge of hospitality principles and food safety regulations
Previous restaurant experience with a focus on time management
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of food quality
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
