Duties
Assist chefs with food preparation and cooking tasks as directed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained at all times.
Help supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed to foster a collaborative team environment.
Participate in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes or improvements to existing offerings.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills.
