Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food preparation meets quality standards. Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow. Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Supervise the cooking process, ensuring dishes are prepared to perfection. Assist in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen procedures. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen equipment. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in a restaurant environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. A passion for cooking and creating innovative dishes that delight guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
