Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about culinary arts and possess expertise in food preparation, production, and kitchen management. As a Chef, you will lead the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food production in the kitchen
- Create and execute menu items in compliance with food safety standards
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and specials
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a culinary role, preferably in a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
