Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's menu and standards. Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and teamwork. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations. Plan menus that align with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist in creating innovative dishes that enhance the restaurant's reputation.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Proven experience in team management within a kitchen environment. Excellent culinary skills with a focus on food preparation techniques. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy restaurant setting. Pay: 488.40-535.00 per week
