Duties
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared safely, adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
Work with our Head Chef to manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Develop new recipes and menu items that reflect current culinary trends.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment.
Train new kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant setting is essential.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary arts, and kitchen equipment.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising or managing a team.
Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
Culinary qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
