Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the menu and customer preferences. Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that food is prepared efficiently and meets safety standards. Implement food safety protocols to guarantee the highest standards of hygiene in food preparation. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Develop new recipes and menu items that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining the establishment's identity. Monitor food presentation and portion control to ensure consistency in quality.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation techniques and presentation. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and training. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. Creative mindset with the ability to innovate menu offerings based on seasonal ingredients.
