We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive working environment.
Manage food production processes, including inventory control and ordering supplies as needed.
Develop and implement new recipes and menu items that reflect current culinary trends.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety protocols, and kitchen operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking and food preparation.
Previous supervisory or team management experience is essential.
In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
