Job Summary

We are seeking talented and passionate Chefs to join our culinary team at a new restaurant opening in Dalton Park

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to food safety. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes that meet our high standards while also ensuring efficient operations in the kitchen

Duties

Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards. Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that all food safety regulations are adhered to. Manage food preparation processes to ensure timely service while maintaining quality. Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including equipment and storage areas. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating innovative dishes. Experience in food production and preparation techniques is essential. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
