Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a flair for creating innovative dishes that delight our guests. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation while working along side our Head Chef and ensuring smooth operations within the kitchen environment.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards. Helping with kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in culinary techniques and best practices. Maintain high standards of hospitality by ensuring guest satisfaction through quality food service.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably as a Chef or Sous Chef. Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management within a hospitality environment. A passion for culinary arts with creativity in menu development and food presentation. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to facilitate teamwork and collaboration within the kitchen. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
